Refund policy

  • Inspection Requirement: Customers must inspect all items at the time of delivery before signing the receipt.
  • Reporting Damages: Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery. All damage or defects must be reported to us with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this window may void your claim.
  • Non-Damaged Returns: Returns for non-damaged items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Return Costs: The cost of return freight will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • RMA Process: To initiate a return, you must provide written acknowledgment of the restocking fee and freight deductions before a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued.
